The Barrington Heights Annual Meeting was scheduled for Wednesday, July 15, 2015. Unfortunately, the meeting resulted in lack of quorum of homeowners. When this occurs, the association can only take action to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned to the Annual Meeting of 2016. Since board members are in office until their successors are elected, the five current board members will remain in office until their successor is elected.
