The Barrington Heights Homeowner Association Annual Meeting of the Members is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at the home of Donald & Gale Klancar located at 28723 Chaucer Road, Menifee. Polls will open at 5:30 pm and the meeting will be called to order at approximately 6:00 pm.
The purpose of the meeting is for the membership to elect five (5) directors to the Board for a one (1) year term each. A majority of the voting power (124 out of 245) must return their Irrevocable Secret Ballots or be present in person at the meeting in order for the Annual Meeting to be held.
The Community Election BBQ will take place at 7:00 pm. Look forward to seeing everyone there!!
